SUKHUMCONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY CO.,LTD. IS A LOCAL THAI CONTRACTOR COMPANY. REGISTERED ADDRESS 248/5 MOO 12 TUNGSUKLA SRIRACHA CHOLBURI 20230 THE COMPANY HAS ESTABLISHED IN 14 FEBRUARY 1997. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GROWING SMOOTH WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING,TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT COORDINATE AND SUPERVISOR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE HAD SEVERAL YEAR EXPERIENCED IN LARGE AND SMALL PROJECT AROUND EASTERN THAILAND. WE PROUD TO REFER ONE OF THE SUCCESSFUL.
 

IN 1997 WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR INSTRUMENTATION INSTALLATION WORK WITH A JAPANESE CONTRACTOR AS AT STAR REFINERY PROJECT.WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR INSTRUMENTATION INSTALLATION WORK WITH ANOTHER JAPANESE . ALSO WE SIGNED A CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR THE ELECTRICAL WORK : LOW MEDUIM AND HIGH VOLTAGE INSTALLATIONS WITH THAI PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY AT RAYONG.
 
IN 1997 WE ALSO CONTINUED THE INSTALLATION CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH T.P.I. BOTH OF ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATIO WORKS. DURING THE PERIOD OF YEARS WE STILL JOINED CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH FOSTER WHEELER INTERNATIONAL CORPRORATION ( THAILAND ) FOR THE INSTRUMENT AND ELECTRICAL WORKS AT THAI POLYETHYLENE EXTENTION PLANT PROJECT,NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL ,PETROLEUM AUTHORITY OF THAILAND EXTENSION GAS SEPARATION NO.3 PROJECT FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE, EQUIPMENT ERECTION, INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENT CALIBATIONS AND MANY ELECTRICAL AND MANY ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS FOR VARIOUS CUSTOMERS AS FOLLOWS:-

  CONSTRUCTION

At Sukhum Construction And Supply Co,. Ltd., we strive our best to fulfill the client’s needs, bearing in mind the quality of the finished work and the on time schedule.
 
We prepare for our clients the cost estimate, as-built drawings and all other construction services. Our construction quality control meets all the requirements of the Municipal Law and the supervising government authorities. Our as-built drawing also follows the ISCM ( International Standard of Construction Material) codes of standard.
 
To guarantee the clients’ satisfaction on the work, we use our Quality Assurance Plan to control the quality of the work as well as the internal administration system.
 
 
  QUALITY CONTROL OF THE FINISHED PROJECT
  1. Piling Work : The pile alignment ,pile tip and the depth of the last ten blows shall be recorded and submitted to the client. The number of dynamic pile load test shall apply to confirm the pile resistance load.
  2. Concrete Work : The alignment, elevation and dimension shall be checked and recorded before pouring concrete.
  3. Steel Structure : The alignment and elevation shall be checked and recorded. The erection of steel structure must be checked and signed by the supplier’s supervisor.
  4. Metal Work : Visual inspection shall be done before accepting the work.
  5. Floor Hardener : The record of quantity of materials used is required.
  6. Other items : All other items shall be controlled by visual inspection as the work is finished.

  1. Arranging for BOI application and other applications for Government document (Ex. Factory license)
  2. Consulting services on plan to set up the factory including Thailand’s factory law.
  3. Land survey.
  4. Factory designs including its utilities i.e. fire protection system, electrical system and water treatment plant.
  5. Factory construction including road, water treatment plant, mechanical works and electrical works.
